ND Awards (Neutral Density Awards) has announced the winners of their international photography contest. The judges reviewed 6849 entries submitted from 89 countries.
Francesco Pistilli (Italy) has been announced as the overall winner of Professional category with the title: ND Photographer Of The Year 2017 and $2000 prize money.
In Non-Professional category Eriko Kaniwa (Japan) won the title ND Discovery Of The Year 2017 and $1000 in cash.
Additionally, 6 cash prizes ($500 each) went to Professional category winners: Friederike Brandenburg (Germany) in Architecture, Francesco Pistilli (Italy) in Editorial, Javiera Estrada (United States) in Fine Art, Yi Sun (United Kingdom) in Nature, Boy Surminski (Netherlands) in People and Cristina Vatielli (Italy) in Special category. Also, 5 Non-Professional category winners receive their cash prizes ($300 each): Alexander Schönberg (Germany) in Architecture, Eriko Kaniwa (Japan) in Fine Art, Davide Cassinari (France) in Nature, Tasos Anestis (France) in People and Emanuele Vitale (Italy) in Special category.
