Martin Miller: Weapons of Mass Destruction

Martin Miller, documentary photographer from Baltimore brings us didactic series of photos with a retrospective look at some of 20th century weapons of mass destruction.

Although the term, Weapons of Mass Destruction, has become a part of our daily lexicon, it remains very much an abstraction for most of us. Most of Martin’s subjects are drawn from the Cold War period during which there was a very real threat to the survival of civilization itself.
